Assistance with Daily life tasks in a group
0115 – Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement
NDIS participants can receive funding for assistance with daily living tasks in a shared living environment. This support helps individuals with essential activities such as personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and community participation. The assistance is delivered on a one-to-one basis but is shared among multiple participants, making it a cost-effective solution for those living in group settings. This support aims to enhance independence, improve quality of life, and ensure participants can actively engage in their daily routines and social environments.
In a shared living arrangement, the support is tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant while fostering a sense of community and collaboration. Whether it’s assistance with mobility, communication, or managing daily responsibilities, this service ensures that individuals receive the help they need to live comfortably and confidently. By dividing the hourly rate among the number of people supported, this model provides an efficient and sustainable way to deliver personalized care in a group setting.
